Shoya Tomizawa MOTO2 rider has died in a severe accident at the GP San Marino

One of rider Moto2 from Japan, Shoya Tomizawa has died after a crash during the San Marino grand prix 5 August 2010, according to Dr. Claudio Costa, who is part of the medical team world championship motorcycle.

MotoGP world champion Valentino Rossi told Mediaset television. “He’s a nice guy, it was a horrible accident.”

Tomizawa, who ride motorcycles for the team Suter, was speeding at full speed when he fell in the corner and was hit by a motorbike from Alex De Angelis and Scott Redding, both of which also fell in the race.
