Quick ways, Making Business Card, through Microsoft Word

Need business cards in a short time? Word processing applications can help create one for you. The design is simple, but you still can make it look profesional.Langkah-step is not complicated. You can just use the dialog box Envelopes and Labels. To be more interesting, you can insert an image with Insert facility and create the edge (border)-style.

Business cards can be printed or saved directly used for printing designs later. If you’re not sure of printer you have, take the business card design file to the printer nearest you.

Certainly more fun when you have a reliable printer. You live to buy paper and print your own fruit at home work.

In the following brief tutorial, we use Microsoft Word 2003.1.Buka Word program. On the Tools menu, select Letters and Mailings and click Envelopes and Labels.

2.Klik Labels tab. In the Address box, enter the information you want to appear on business cards, such as your name and position; name of the company; address and phone number and e-mail address.

3. Now, let us set the font and text position in a business card. Right-click in the Address box to display the shortcut menu. Click the Font or Paragraph. Set type, font size and appearance, and location of the text.

4. Leave the default option in the Print: Full page of the same label. With the option selected in the state, you can print a few sheets of business cards in one sheet of special paper for business cards (Avery products mainly).

5. Click on Options and under Printer information, select the type of printer you use. While products under the label, leave the default setting (Avery Standard).

6. Choose your card number on the Product number. Select one of the type (Type) Business Card is available.

7. Click the Details button to display the dialog box type a name card that you select. Through this dialog box you can adjust the size of sheets of paper to print the cards. In the Page size, click the list box and select a paper size, eg A4 (21 x 29.7 cm).

8. Changes of this size requires you to fill in the name of the label name. Click OK and your card will be included as part of the category of Other / Custom by Word. Click OK again to exit the Label Options dialog box.

9. If you want to print the card, insert a sheet of paper into the printer and click the Print button in the dialog box Envelopes and Labels.

10. But if you want to save your card design and printed sometime, press the New Document. Word will display your name card (Word Labels name on an unsaved document). Click Save on the toolbar.
