REQUIREMENTS:

* Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major
* Female Only, Single
* At least 1 year experience in related field of job or project administration
* Have skill & knowledge of computer, internet (e-mail/outlook) and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work under pressure, strong analytical and good communication skills.
* Having excellent correspondence and administration skill.
* Good interpersonal skill & willing to work hard, proactive, energetic, and honest.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* In charge of the Admin/Secretarial Job with specific responsibilities related to projects.
* Assisting to Project Manager in any project meetings, and in charge of the Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
* Assisting Project / Line Manager by preparing the project database and documentation status by compiling data and ensure the validity of the data.
* Report collection/preparation, delivering report to the customer and vice versa
* Maintain and update database of all information about +PR, PO and Invoice status of the sub-contractor and supplier.
* To ensure that all documentation as required for handover the project/deliverables to the account division will run correctly, smoothly and completely.
* Work with the Project Manager and Contract Administration in account Division in order of hand-over projects/invoicing.
* To make sure the confidentiality of project documentation.
