I just recently graduated with a bachelors degree from a university and took about 80% of my classes online. The best on line college classes are ones that are super intensive. For example, an internet website building class would be a great one to take on the internet whereas a math class would not be good to take on the internet. Before you sign up for a class on line you need to really think about how important it is to have help from your instructor. Most instructors will offer you help on your online class with additional notes and study guides, but the one on one help from a professor does not exist when taking a class on the internet. If you need to take a class that is very intensive and that you feel you will need a lot of help from an instructor, i would suggest to not take the class on line.

The best classes to take on the internet when trying to get through school are the classes that you feel you could teach yourself. That is essentially what happens when a class like this is taken as you read material, get tested on it, and basically teach yourself the techniques and methods taught in the class. If you are self motivated and can do this type of thing, the best on line college classes are the ones that peak your interest and that you feel you could teach yourself.
